Vedic Meditation
We will meditate daily for
7, 11, or 20 minutes utilizing a mantra. or directly translated from sanskrit: manas (mind) and tra (tool)
A local transcendental meditation teacher can assign you a mantra or simply use the mantra:
AUM
Kirtan Kriya
Next, we will use chanting along with mudras, connecting fingers to the thumb.
SA- Index Finger (as shown)
TA- Middle Finger
NA- Ring Finger
MA- Pinky Finger
Japa Meditation
For this portion of the practice, you will utilize mala beads or repeat the following mantra 108 times!

Sa Say So Hung
